Helpful Hints for Completing the Clark County School District Teaching and Learning Conditions Survey

• Your browser window should be maximized for best results.
• You should allow a minimum of 20 minutes to complete the survey.
• You are encouraged to complete and submit this survey in one session.
• For security purposes, an automatic timeout will occur after 15 minutes of inactivity.

Please read the following description of how this site functions before you log into the survey. If you have limited experience with electronic surveys, it may be helpful to print and refer to this page before proceeding to the survey.

After you log in to the survey, you will see the following buttons at the bottom of each survey page:

Submit and go to next page: This option saves your responses on a secure server and takes you to the next page of the survey.

Logout and Terminate Survey: USE THIS OPTION ONLY IF YOU MUST DISCONTINUE A SESSION BEFORE COMPLETING THE SURVEY. This option will save your responses and the partially completed survey may be accessed later with the same log-in code.

To protect your privacy when using a shared or public computer, you should not leave the computer until you have completed the survey, logged out and closed the browser. As an aid to maintaining your privacy, there is an embedded time out command that will inactivate the survey if a page has not been submitted in the past 15 minutes.
